About Us

The Arizona Bridge Technical Committee is an ASCE-recognized organization comprised of Local, State, and Federal Government Officials and Engineers, Contractors, Fabricators, Vendors, Geotechnical Engineers and Bridge Engineers. The Committee was formed with the intent of improving the communities around us, not only through our work but also through our volunteers' community outreach activities. The Committee and its activities are managed by 5 elected officers: The President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, which can be found under the Organization link.

The Committee convenes on a bi-monthly basis throughout the year in order to promote the exchange of information about issues pertinent to all parties involved. The objective of each meeting is to present a common issue in current practice and discuss it from each relevant point of view in efforts to correct of modify our approach and produce a better or more efficient product or service during the next project. However, to have a truly beneficial meeting, we need input from all aspects and disciplines involved in each project. Thus, the Arizona Bridge Technical Committee extends an open invitation for you to join our committee and we encourage you to participate in improving our communities one meeting at a time!
